Kintsugi Wellness note: This guide is educational and supports general wellness understanding. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Ask about fit, not just benefits
Before booking PEMF or compression, ask whether the service fits your body, your goal, and your health context. A good question is: based on what I shared, is this an appropriate first step or should I choose something gentler?
This is especially important if you are new to wellness technology or are managing health concerns.
PEMF questions
For PEMF, ask about what the session feels like, how long it lasts, what sensations are normal, and when someone should not use it. Mention implanted electronic devices, pregnancy, recent surgery, serious medical conditions, or provider instructions.
If you are not sure whether electromagnetic field exposure is appropriate for you, check with a healthcare provider first.
Compression questions
For compression, ask about pressure level, body position, session length, and when to avoid the service. Mention circulation disorders, blood clot history, recent surgery, acute injury, unexplained swelling, pregnancy-related concerns, or high blood pressure.
Clear questions protect the quality of the visit and help you choose the right service.
Ready to choose a next step?
If you are unsure which service fits, start with your goal and ask Kintsugi Wellness before booking. A clear first question is enough: rest, recovery, reconnection, circulation support, gentle movement, or a fuller reset.
